New Sophos Red 60 increases IT security at Studentenwerk Dresden
Initial situation
The Studentenwerk Dresden was faced with the challenge of improving network security in their cafeterias and to update outdated devices.
As part of the Sophos framework agreement, SIGMA IT-Security und Infrastruktur GmbH supports the technical universities in Saxony. In this context, as a Sophos platinum partner, we were commissioned to deliver the latest Sophos Red 60 devices to the Studentenwerk Dresden (Dresden student union).

By successfully deploying the Sophos Red 60 devices, we were able to make a significant contribution to the network security of the Studentenwerk Dresden. The smooth cooperation with the IT department of the Studentenwerk Dresden enabled efficient integration, resulting in a modernised infrastructure and increased IT security.
