Our software maintenance service offers a regular check of your IT systems for available security updates and version updates.

Technical documentation
On the basis of an IT system support you will receive a complete technical documentation from us, which includes an overview of your IT system network ( server & storage ), data storage, RAID, network configuration as well as the listing of all IT systems with name, IP address, serial number and function. We document the structure of your LAN network including all subnets and also your configurations (e.g. firewall, exchange, email archiving, anti-virus software and data backup).
