Introduction of an integrated ERP solution that provides end-to-end support for companyrelevant processes such as master data maintenance, purchasing, sales, warehouse management, material requirements planning, project management and financial accounting, thus forming the base for sustainable growth.

The solution

With SAP Business One, an ERP solution for SMEs was selected that can be used to cost-effectively manage the entire company - from finance to procurement, warehouse management and sales.

In financial accounting, SAP Business One automates core accounting processes and supports payment reconciliation through integrated bank statement processing. The financial processes are seamlessly linked to the core processes in real time.

Material requirements planning generates recommendations for purchase orders, taking into account customer orders and/or forecast values as well as supplier orders and minimum stocks. Here, the recommendations for different articles and dates can be combined in one purchase order for one supplier.

SAP Business One controls the entire sales process and, thanks to the flexible integration, imports orders from the web shop. The eBay-connector synchronises items in stock between SAP Business One and eBay and automatically creates a sales order when the item is sold via eBay.

The implementation was quick and easy to complete and went live after only a short time. Both master data of business partners and articles were transferred from the old system.
