Digital logistics with SAP Business One

The goods required for production are simply scanned by handheld and transferred to SAP Business One at the push of a button. In the process, the system automatically assigns batch numbers, which can be immediately printed out with a label generated in the system and applied to the new goods. This allows each item to be clearly identified and recorded throughout the entire production and warehouse process. A subsequent automated process enriches this data with further supplier data transferred via EDI.

Digitization of stock transfers

The logistics modules "stock information display" and "stock transfer" are also used at the company "fiberware Generalunternehmen für Nachrichtentechnik GmbH". Thus, by means of a few scans, the goods are transferred from the goods receipt warehouse directly to the production warehouse and are thus promptly and effectively ready for production. The stock transfer created in this way in the system is then transferred fully automatically to the Graidware production module from "SIGMA Gesellschaft für Systementwicklung u. Datenverarb. mbH" and can be processed directly in production.
