To support our team at the location Dresden, we are looking for a System Administrator (m/f/o).
Your tasks
- technical support and maintenance of our customers' IT systems
- analysis and troubleshooting
- commissioning of complex IT infrastructures
- configuration and administration of servers, storage systems, PCs and cloud environments
- creation of technical documentation
- user support
Your profile
- professional training as a computer scientist system integration or comparable qualification
- profound knowledge and experience in the implementation and administration of
- Microsoft Windows Server products
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- application-ready knowledge in the specialist areas of
- virtualization with VMware
- endpoint security
- mobile device management
- backup and Restore
- Microsoft Windows client operating system (are desirable, but can also be acquired from us)
- confident handling of Microsoft Office
- experience in creating project documentation
- good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- driving license (car)
- independent and result-oriented work
- ability to work in a team
- reliability and ability to work under pressure
- customer and service orientation
